OnePlus has recently launched its flagship phone on the Chinese market exclusively. As per the rumors, this phone will roll out in the global market at the end of March.
Design:
This phone has a pretty solid design. The display of this phone is 6.7 inches and weighs about 200.5 grams.
It has gorilla glass victus on the front and gorilla glass on the back as well, with an aluminum frame. Apart from this, the phone has all the one plus design features like an alert slider, Hasselblad logo, dual stereo speaker.
It is expected the global version to come out with ip68 but the IP rating is missing in the Chinese version.
Display:
This phone has a second-gen LTPO AMOLED display, QHD+ resolution. The LTPO is the highlight of this phone which means the second-gen panel can go as low as one hertz a lot more quickly which means better battery life.
It has a resolution of 1440×3216 pixels at a pixel density of 525 pixels per inch (PPI) and an aspect ratio of 20:9.
The brightness of this phone can hit up to 1300 nits. The refresh rate is 120 Hz which makes the phone smooth and responsive across the board.
Camera:
The camera housing might have got redesigned but they are not upgraded much. It has the same 48-megapixel primary camera, 8-megapixel 3.3x telephoto camera as last year’s phone, and a new 50 megapixel (150o) ultra-wide. The selfie camera is upgraded to 32 megapixels.
The quality of the images is pretty good, the colors and the dynamic range are good enough, not too over-processed but nothing dramatically better than expected.
Likewise, the one plus 10 pro can shoot videos at footage 8K@30fps, 4K@30/60/120fps, 1080p@30/60/240fps.
Similarly, one strange thing about this phone is it cannot shoot videos in 4k from a selfie camera; shoots videos only at 1080p @ 30fps.
Performance and Gaming:
It is equipped with the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset manufactured using 4nm process technology. It is claimed to be the first mobile chipset to include a 10-gigabit RF modem. With support for LPDDR5 RAM, you can expect the OnePlus 10 Pro to use the standard depending on your memory requirements.
Hyper boost feature will allow the gamers to overclock the CPU for more power; which might be good news for gamers.
Since this phone has only launched in China, runs on OPPO software i.e., ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12.
The phone is expected to be launched with OxygenOS 12 when it officially hits the global market.
Battery and Connectivity:
The one plus 10 pros is stroking up with the 5000mAh battery; provided with an 80W fast charger. However, the charger is USB A proprietary super hook charger. Connectivity options on the Oneplus 10 pro include double band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot Bluetooth 5.2v, GPS with dual-band A-GPS, GALILEO.

The price of this phone in the Nepali market is expected to be Rs105,000 for an 8/128GB variant, which is 4699 Chinese Yuan. Likewise, for 8/256 variant might cost 110,000 (4999CNY) and 12/256 GB expected to cost 120,000 (5299CNY).
